back to life

so this week was... interesting
on wednesday, at work, a kid puked, pooped and screamed so much it drove us all crazy. we love him, but damnit, hate days like that. on the plus side, another kid told me that he loved me. how cute is that?
Matt made his monthly goal for work, so one more month like that, and he will get a bonus (WEEE).
Greta, from my job at the lab, had a party and we went. it was fun. she is moving to CA because she got a job that actually PAYS (research pays in the knowledge that you are helping society, not in dollar bills) and so it was good to see her before she moves. They also had this cool game where you throw thing towards these boards that have holes in them. same idea as horseshoes or bocce, but portible.
