Savory
About a week and a half ago, we discovered Savory Spice Shop while out in Boulder. They have 2 locations (Denver and Littleton) and it is amazing. Any spice you could ask for and lots of delicious blends. My mom has used the Mt. Eolus Greek in Turkey/Spinach/feta meat balls and serve w/ tzatziki. Yum! I used the Park Hill Maple and Spice Pepper as a rub for a pork roast and it gave it really great flavor (even if the pork was over cooked and a little dry).
If you live in the Boulder/Denver area, I definitely recommend stopping by and at least tasting some of the spices (they have a taster bottle for each spice). Plus you can just buy 1/2 ounce baggies if you just want to start small. My next creation will be chicken curry. Wish me luck!
