Halloween Weekend

We went to a Halloween Party on Saturday Night... Matt was the Dude, I was a killer chef, Karen was a crazy cat lady and Drake was the invisible man. On Sunday, Matt and I carved pumpkins. His is the bigger one.

Those of you from Michigan: did you know that Devil's Night is only in the Detroit area? the rest of the country doesn't go out and break windows, smash pumpkins or do other acts of vandalism on Oct. 30th. Weird.

Oh! and St. Louis is more dangerous than Detroit. So there Cardinal fans!

Pumpkin Party

Saturday night, we went to a pumpkin carving party with some people from school. It was a blast. We carved pumpkins (duh), toasted pumpkin seeds, had warm apple cider and made caramel apples. Eventually, we gave up on the apples and just had the caramel!
my pumpkin was supposed to be a profile of my face... it didn't really turn out the way I wanted it to. Oh well.
