About Time

So I finally posted some pictures from my brother's wedding. Just look below to see me in a dress. WAHOO!
Kevin is coming out today, well, if he ever takes off... he called and said that he was delayed and isn't sure when or how he will end up getting here. Flying through Chicago always makes things interesting.....

Swingers

We just watched the movie "Swingers" for the first time since high school. It's money baby, money.

Wahoo!

Cyndy Update:
Good news! Cyndy walked today. 14 steps! It may seem like a small start, but we'll take it!

Wedding Update:
Everything went great. I will have to try and get some pictures scanned. I was a total girl. I wore a dress, had my make-up done and had my hair put up in curls and held together with 91 bobby-pins. I have a really funny Mr. Kopec story that I will have to write about next time.

Grades Update:
3.28 for the semester. I must have kicked that Neurophysiology Exam's ass, because I pulled my grade up to a B+ after averaging an 80 on the first two exams. Yippy.

Xmas Update:
I have everyone but Matt done (it's hard to get away and shop for someone without them knowing when you spend so much time with him).

Roommate Update:
He passed his Aerospace class, but got arrested twice in one day when we were gone. Whoops.
Hurrah for being done with Aerospace though!

Alright, time to go relax. We have been on the go ever since we have gotten back (Estes Park, Xmas shopping, Lemmony Snicket (sp?), Tree Decorating....) , tomorrow I hope to not get in the car at all and maybe do some gift wrapping. Unless Dan calls me and wants to meet in Denver. Other than that, I am going to be LAZY!

Happy Birthday Shil!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY SHIL!
Ok, so it's only 1 hour and 20 minutes into it, but there you go. Have a good day... even though you have that OChem test to take and that Bio test to study for and we won't even get into Aero... YIKES!
For those of you who don't know, Shil (Aaron Jay Shileikis) is our goofy roommate. He's silly. or Shilly. or both.

School update:
Paper done. 3 tests to go. WEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!

One Week

Well, I have one week until I am done with finals and head to Michigan for the wedding.
I have a paper due on Friday that still needs a lot of work, finals on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.
For Exercise Physiology I have 7 more chapters to read, the TA review questions and Professor Brynes review sheet to complete by Monday 10:30 a.m.
For Nutrition I have to read 6 (?) chapters and review all those damn vitamins by Tuesday 7:30 a.m. Actually, I should review them by tomorrow afternoon because we have a quiz, but since I have such high grade (over 100%), I will probably just ignore that class completely.
Neurophysiology: YIKES! We went over a TON of information this last section, and quite frankly, I am not sure where to start. And seeing as that is my last final, I won't be starting for a while.
On top of finals, my computer broke yesterday (Internet Explorer was going nuts), but thankfully my brother is a computer nerd for the State Department and fixed it by giving us Mozilla. It's actually pretty damn cool, and if your Internet Explorer freaks out on you, I would recommend changing to Mozilla.
I also will need to get my G'ma a birthday present by Sunday and pack for the wedding. Maybe I can lose 5 pounds by then too.
Time for that last Neurophys class. WEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!

It's the weekend! WAHOO!

Friday afternoons have such promise, don't they? Two whole days in front of you to do whatever you want... AHHHHHH.
Ok, so there are plenty of things I should be doing, but isn't writing random junk on the internet the perfect distraction from all those annoying things?
Things I should be doing:
Studying for finals
Revising my paper
Seeing my recovering grandmother (who is home from the hospital now, yippy!)
Buying my brother a wedding gift (Sorry Jay, I will do it before the wedding, I swear)
Laundry
Vacuuming
Guess on how many of these things I will actually get done this weekend: 2.
Guess on how many naps I will take this weekend: 3.
Guess on how many empty calories I will consume this weekend: 1500

Message to the person who didn't know Seth is diabetic:
We call diabetes the world's worth 15th birthday present. The weekend of Seth's 15th birthday he was puking and feeling like crap from drinking a 2 liter of Coke and eating cake & ice cream. My mom took him to the doctor that Monday and found out he has Type 1 diabetes. This is the type that you have to take insulin shots. If you know Seth, you know it isn't the fat person type. In the year and a half that he has had it, and has started to actually process his food, he has grown probably 6 inches and gained 40 pounds. And his voice dropped, but that's probably because he will be 17 in February and isn't my 'baby' brother anymore. The cracker.
